We strongly believe in a proactive, preventive approach. This is why each client gets an individual cleaning schedule, determined by a dental-screening system that we do at every hygiene visit called a PSR. The Canadian Dental Association advocates this system, which allows us to detect small changes in the health of your gums. If your gums develop problems, we can implement measures to reverse this trend. This is important since gum problems, or periodontitis, is the #1 reason for tooth loss in Canadians.
For many oral health problems, multiple treatment options exist. The options can vary in complexity, cost and durability.
